Having undertaken intensive research, analysis, and extraordinary expansion over the past five years, the organization is now in the process of gathering finances to not only improve cash flow, but also support major expansion projects and community outreach programs.
One of the major projects the organization is undertaking is to start International Schools in West African Capital cities. The project is called "Women Empowered". We are planning to open educational centers in West African Capital Cities to allow women who already know how to braid to migrate to the United States of America and work in our member salons. The project is multi-level with the first level which consists of attending a 6-8 month curriculum in the school in Africa. During that initial phase, students will learn Basic English, Customer Service skills based on the US standards, Hygiene and Sanitation. At the end of that period, they will be brought in the United States with 2 to 3 years contracts to work in our members' salons.
